Welcome to my site…a site devoted to my bodywork and somatic therapy practice

I practice 2 forms of bodywork, or therapeutic massage: Shiatsu and Integrative Bodywork. Shiatsu is undertaken on a futon whereas Integrative Bodywork, a style of massage which integrates various bodywork and massage techniques, is received on a massage table.

I also practice Somatic Therapy, a form of short-term body-oriented counselling.

I have been in private practice as a bodyworker for 9 years. I also work for NSW Health as a counsellor and am in private practice as a counsellor and group facilitator.

I currently practice at Lismore and Rosebank in the Northern Rivers area of NSW.

First Shiatsu and Integrative Bodywork session is offered at an introductory offer of $50 for 1 hour. Please mention this website for the introductory offer.

Home visits are $80. (Only available in certain areas).
