I have formal qualifications in Zen Shiatsu, (Sydney College of Zen Shiatsu), Somatic Psychotherapy, (Somatics College of Body Oriented Psychotherapy), and Counselling, (University of Western Sydney). I am currently studying for a Graduate Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy
I have trained in Craniosacral Therapy, (Level 1 Craniosacral Australia), Chi Nei Tsang/ abdominal massage, (Level 1 Khadro School of Chi Nei Tsang), remedial massage techniques, breathwork and Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing method. I am student of Chi Kung.
I have been in private practice as a bodyworker for 9 years.

I am a member of CAPA, the Counselling and Psychotherapists Association of NSW, and IICT, International Institute for Complementary Therapists.
I believe that exploring the relationship between the mind and the body is vital to accessing the body’s innate wisdom. Bodywork is a privileged space for allowing such wisdom to arise.
I believe that acting from a space in-tune to such ‘body-wisdom’ is at the heart of feeling connected to ourselves, others and the world.
